This slip trailing precision applicator has steel tips and a rubber bulb, making it easy to do smooth and effortless decorating with liquids whether it be underglaze, slip or glazes. A fine tipped pin is included to assist with cleaning. Easy to use and provides unlimited possibilities.

Tips for beautiful slip trailing

Practice first to get used to the precision applicator. We recommend using on bone dry clay or bisque ware for best effect. Shake the slip down to the tip end of the trailer and add a little water if necessary to ensure smooth flow. Drag the tip of the trailer across the surface of your pottery and never dig the tip into your surface – the movement of the slip trailer should be in the opposite direction in which the tip is pointed.
